On Thursday, October 17th, a video titled “Somi Reveals Her Ideal Type!? The Real E-Somi and The Fake E(?) JEONGYEON Sweep Through the Market!” was uploaded to TWICE Jeongyeon’s YouTube channel.
In the released video, Somi appeared as a guest and showcased her chemistry with TWICE’s Jeongyeon.
During the video, Jeongyeon said, “I thought you might show up here at some point,” adding, “Because you love me,” to which Somi agreed, saying, “That’s true,” eliciting laughter.
Afterwards, the two visited a snack bar while strolling through the market. During their conversation, Jeongyeon revealed, “I’m actually not interested in makeup,” to which Somi complimented her, saying, “But unnie (older sister), you’re really pretty.”
Somi then expressed her affection, saying, “I don’t know if you’re aware, but (fans) asked me to pick my ideal type among female celebrities. I mentioned you.”
She continued, “Especially with the TWICE unnies and me, it’s like that, I think. I have so many memories from when I was a JYP trainee. When I first saw you, I thought “Wow, she’s pretty.” But your appearance then and now is exactly the same. So even now, when I talk to fans and say I like Jeongyeon unnie, they say they understand what my type is.”
In response, Jeongyeon laughed and said, “So I’m your type?”, to which Somi jokingly replied, “I didn’t mean for you to be this arrogant,” causing more laughter.
